Does Opterra Solutions match prices?

  • Absolutely! If you find an identical item in stock at a competitor’s store we will gladly match their price at the time of purchase. Just call into our Customer Service line (803-490-7175) or fill out our price match request form and we will process your order over the phone.
  • Price matching does not include promotional bundles, volume discounts, pricing after coupons or promotions, shipping costs, rebates, special membership pricing, or any other non-standard transaction.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

  • If your package has not left our dock you are welcome to call into our Warehouse Customer Service line (803-399-7475) and request that your items be refunded and your shipment cancelled.

What shipping carrier does Opterra Solutions use?

  • All standard online orders ship via FedEx Ground. If you would like to use your own shipping carrier or are trying to place an order that would need to be shipped via freight services, please call into our customer service line and place an order over the phone.

When do items ship?

  • Our warehouse is staffed Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm EST. Orders received during normal business hours will have shipping labels created and tracking numbers assigned same day, however orders placed after our scheduled FedEx pickup time (2:30pm EST) may not leave our dock until the following day. If you’ve placed an order and you need us to ensure that it goes out same-day, but it is after our FedEx driver has completed his pickup, you can call our Warehouse Customer Service line (803-399-7475) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and get your package dropped off. Please keep in mind that most FedEx drop-off locations have size restrictions that will make dropping off some of our larger products after hours impossible (2.5 gallon jugs as an example).
